[Investigating] Engineers are investigating an issue that has taken a single rack in our Syncom SYD2 facility offline.
Updates will be provided once available.

[Identified] Engineers have identified a faulty device causing the breaker on the power feed to the affected rack to trip.
We've isolated the faulty device and services will be restored for all affected servers in the next few minutes.

[Resolved] Power was restored after the previous update, and most servers came online immediately. A small number of servers had configuration issues that prevented them from booting cleanly. Our support team have resolved all of these issues and all affected servers are now online.
